In 2002 the city of Terrassa decided to pay homage to its own carnival party, on the occasion of the 25 years since this celebration received a new impulse. This structure is named carnival.
The color used in this structure is brown is made of rusty iron. It is distinguished by not transmitting effusive feelings that are related to joy or happiness, it is color is related to wood and earth, in such a way that is also characterized by being linked with the Nature and life in the environment.
The shape of the sculture is angular because it is an iron rectangle. The style is commemorative and contemporary because it’s new and different for the sculture have a hole in the center where you can put your face and simulate a mask of carnaval. The sculture was put there to decorate and celebrate the carnival in the year 2002.
